HenchTechGuy was born from a simple realisation: the tech industry is brilliant at optimising systems but terrible at optimising the people running them. Founded by Osa after his own journey from burnt-out developer to certified personal trainer, HenchTechGuy specialises in transforming desk-bound tech workers into sustainably strong, mentally resilient versions of themselves.
